Right, I feel a little joked and I don't like it, at which game are we playing here?
We talked with 2 admins about this before submitting a report and we were told recruit ID is not relevant and to submit the report (I have the logs if you'd like to read).
Result: a good player who inadvertitely made a mistake (and immediately apologized) was sanctioned by his own screenshots while the other player who was blackmailing him in order to avoid reporting him is free to go around Sirius to continue his "business" with other players, and then call it justice if you like...shame.
