Guys -
This is a ROLE-PLAYING server. Keep that in mind.
Here's a couple of rules for you:
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.
Your cargo holds now hold warning notices. Watch yourselves in the future.

Huh, if i pirate someone i sometime say (ehm.. a big money bag over here) and i don't say halt, i mostly say (i would prefer if you stop) I shoot Distrupter. IF he starts his engine again (i would distrupt) but the third time i yust shoot. Yeh he looses all his stuff that's his fault..
And shouting engaging (i do more then that) (oh yeh Crazy turk is not the best in englisch)
can you give some examples to say (I always say (well ''money bag'', i do prefere if you can donate some credits to me, how about 1 million) I always give them 1 - 2 min..
Ooh yeh look my character name it isn't difficult. DistruptOC = easy name.
I don't know why people take 5 minuts and then run away.

I feel I could contribute to this considering I did file a report concerning this.
When I was on my Liner You and your friend said to me 'halt' both of you with nothing else and no capitals... Just blank and plain.
I then Get moving knowing java was only a few 'K' away and you then both just opened fire without another word.
You then repeated this right infront of Freeport 10.
Don't say you say more than halt or engaging because you hardly managed just that.

I see this is a warning but... I still think I got right, maybe my friend is not 100 % RP but that is not the problem I guess.
