nxclass has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

Consequences: You are in Bastille. You need to post here indicating what you will do to resolve the problem of having a ship you do not have official faction permission for. You may 1) Change the ship or 2) get permission
Notes: You have been asked by the Zoners Trading Consortium to apply for permission to use that Gunboat. You have ignored them. I think likely you will need to change the ship, since I think they are unlikely to give permission now.

Dear Admin,
to your Note:
1. I told the Char: Charles.M.Burns a week ago: I'm changing my Char to a Zoner.
I had a Reputation of +0.90 with the Zoner and +0.30 with the Zoner Guard, But I can't buy a Zoner ID on any Freeport in the area. His only Answer was: to come back if I have the ID.
2. On the day of my sanction I was not replay to Him because I was doing a Mission and talking to an other Player (some Newbie asking for Money).
After my Mission, I wanted any RP from Him, like give me a warning Shot, but not even a Cruise Disrupter was flying in my direction when I was try to escape.

Mercenary ID (Samura ID before)
"Conference" Zoner Gunboat (BW Transport before)
After nearly 175 hours of playing, found locations of 360 jumpholes, visit 120 systems and 272 Stations - I had/have the intention to change this char to a 'Angel', because I'm helping other Players since my Level is so high and get contacted so very often.
My task is to help and to escort - so I chose Mercenary ID (Zone was not possible - don't know why) and the beautiful Gunboat from Kepler / Ames Research Station.
As I know: Ames Research Station is not a Guard Station and in the description of the Gunboat I could not found any Information about a need for a Zoner ID (http://discoveryfl.com/wiki/index.php?title=Conference) like the "Jinkusu" Zoner Juggernaut (http://discoveryfl.com/wiki/index.php?title=Jinkusu)
I also assumed as Mercenary I can use Zoner (Freelancer, Mineing ) -Ships.
You also can see my other Chars are all with a right configuration.

But let me sanction within a hour - it is completely out of proportion and incomprehensibly for me. I have the impression he wanted to squeeze only before a confrontation. (completely beside: I am very peaceful)
to your advice:
- changing my GB to a "Ahoudori" is fine with me
- clean all of my reputations and give me finely a Zoner rep. and ID would be wonderful
I wish only that my exploratory expeditions were not pointless.

You had a rep of 0.9 with Zoners and were never able to buy Zoner ID at, say, Freeport 1, or any of the other zillion places you can buy zoner ID?
Ok.
Listen, if you want the ship to be Zoner ID'd and Zoner Repped then do so. Currently your Zoner rep is not 0.9 and a lot of other things are 0.9. That is not the rep of someone who has been trying to get Zoner Rep and ID for a week. That is the rep of someone who has just been playing around, without worrying about your ID and Rep.
And if you get a choice between ignoring a newbie asking for money, and an official faction member wondering why your ship is still what it is, you ignore the guy that wants money.
So what do you want to do?

nxclass, seriously ... telling me something and obviously not doing it is one thing. But seeing you in Theta doing Bounty Hunter missions and killing Corsair NPCs while refusing any form of communication in systemchat or PM is something i really dont appreciate. What should i think if i see you under such circumstances? It's not that we dont help people. All you need to do is open your mouth and ask. Archieving Zoner reputation is something that can be done in less then an hour.

I am sorry i need to reply here now with these instructions, who are kinda oorp anyways. Seems nxclass inbox is full or disabled.
I wish you asked me before or answered in Theta. Could have been solved without that struggle.
If you want to get a full Zoner reputation with a character that is not "brandnew":
1.) Go to Omega 3, dock at Freeport 1.
2.) Undock, shoot down the Zoner depots there, so your zoner reputation will fall down. Do this until Zoners are close to hostile, or are hostile. The deeper your reputation is, the more effect Zoner bribes will have.
3.) If Zoners are deep enough,dock again at FP1. If they are already hostile dive into a planet and "wake up" at FP1.
4.) Take a Zoner double bribe
Et voila, Zoners are at maximum, Zoner guards can be at maximum (depends on how deep your zoner reputation was before taking the double bribes).

I just recieved a PM from Dieter, or better, I stumbled over it during my browsing through the huge ammount of PMs.
Seems like your case was somehow forgotten. Another bump would have taken care of your problem, but it seems it was not that important for you.
Anyways, you are now on Yukawa Shipyard to fix your ship.
The Kusari Explorer is fine, the Kusari Gunboat also needs clearance from the faction to use. The mighty scroll of wisdom and shipuse
