The BPA are about to implement a new patrol regime and incursion which may require heavier vessels then the ones we currently have.
We would like permission to enter Salisbury at will to purchase Challenger bombers and equipment for our Special Response Devision. We may requisition a couple of Gunboats should it become necessary but we will inform you if this is the case.
Please respond as soon as possible, we hope to begin moving our pieces into position within a week or two.

Your request is granted, Commander - the BPA have full permission to enter the Salisbury system for equipment requisitioning. As for what precise equipment we can spare, you can simply negotiate directly with the Head Quartermaster aboard Winchester Station over individual items. At present I can spare you 7 Challengers, with perhaps a few more becoming available over the next few days. Gunboats are in somewhat shorter supply - I could probably find one to make available on request, though you would need to give me ample notice as it may take some time.
