ADMIN NOTICE: FACTION IMPRISONED - Jihadjoe - 02-09-2010
Those of you with L.O.S.T- or LOST- or [LOST] ship names, the Admin team has decided to put all your ships in bastille. We've witnessed a huge amount of rule breaking from you, and we want an explanation for it. We want an appology for it. Today, two members of the admin team watched as one of your number destroyed a level 21 CSV with your Corsair gunboat. A CSV with a Corsair ID I might add.
You don't roleplay.
You don't bother speaking english to people.
You break rules. Lots of them. In under five minutes you were observed breaking the following rules:
Quote:1.1 Discovery Freelancer 24/7 RP (Discovery RP) is a ROLEPLAYING SERVER. Role playing is REQUIRED while playing here.
Quote:3.2 All messages in system chat must be in understandable English.
Quote:3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
Quote:3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.
Quote:5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Quote:6.2 Ship and equipment used must match tag and ID as closely as possible.

All characters using mismatched ID/Ship/Weapon combinations must possess either an Admin granted Terrorist ID or a Special Operative ID.
The Administration wants an appology from you addressed to the community, and a promise you will be getting better and improving your roleplay and rule breaking record. If that appology isn't forthcoming, your ships will simply be deleted. All of them. If there is no improvement, and you doing continue to break rules and refuse to roleplay on the server, your ships will be deleted.
Basically, unless you play by the rules, you will cease to exist. Clear?

I think im speaking for all the LOSTs,
Yes, we broke all these rules,
Some of ours members don't know english, and we made the mistake of talking in portuguese at the system chat,
We know ourselves in real life, so we did the OOC,
We ask lots of thing to Zeus, because he introduced Discovery Server to us,
I talked with one Admin about the attack at the CSV, he attacked us first, without reason, but the Admin said that he was an overlevel, and he just bothered us, without taking our shield off.
I know that this won't happen again, I talked with each one of our members and they agree with me.
Discovery Community, I'm sorry for what happened there, we will pay more atention at the things that we say and the things that we do.

Seems a few of your ships were missed when we were moving stuff to bastille... I moved the rest of it. Explain why you would fly battleships in Liberty and use gallic guns on certain ships.
The faction can stay in bastille for a five days at least. When you are let out, then you will follow the rules to the letter. One member of your faction breaking the rules will have catastrophic results for the faction as a whole.
The admin team needs a better explaination of your actions, one that covers all your rule breakages.

he was going to kansas, when a ship attacked him, he waited until his shield went down, then attacked that ship, that ship flew to kansas, hades pursuit that ship, when he reach reached kansas, lots of ships attacked him and killed him.
