An image appears on the screen, interrupted by static at first but less as the it solidifies. Neil Cooperson is seen standing up and wiping his brow. He sits down in the Captain's chair in front of the console.

"Ah, hello there. I am Neil Cooperson. My Dromedary is a good, sturdy ship, but it's a bit much for me to handle alone on the long hauls. As such, I am in need of a person with the following qualifications to assist me: I need a tech/comms specialist who can also assist in mid-flight repairs."

He coughs into his hand and mutters about something unintelligibly, before looking back at the console and continuing.

"Whosoever fits those qualifications and wishes to work with me will be paid an up-front 500,000 Sirius Credits, and may find me at Shinjuku Station in New Tokyo or The Ring in New Berlin. I'll pick the potential crew member up if they request it. Upon retirement, the crew member will be provided with a pension in the form of one payment of 3 million credits."

"If you or someone you know wishes to sign on with me, then please send me your resume and any information I should know, along with how long you'd like to sign on. Thanks. Cooperson out."

//Is this just for forum RP? Or what? I wouldn't mind whipping up someone for just forum RP, but I don't want any more characters that I actually have to play on the server.

Looking for Crew - Ash - 02-10-2010

//It seems interesting. But the same question applies.

Looking for Crew - Politus - 02-10-2010

//Probably just for forum RP, and/or limited in-game RP. However, it makes sense that a dromedary would have at least one other person occupying it, and I wanted to exploit that for some RPing.

The screen flickers into life on your console, and the image of a small man in a black set of overalls comes on, the overalls are stained with oil, and you can see a mechanics workshop in the background.
The man looks above the camera and speaks:

"Is it on? You sure? Alright."

The man clears his throat and stares into the camera before continuing.

"Le'sse, hello, the names Brian, Brian Thomson, and I'm interested in that job of yours. I'm a mechanic ya see, and I did a stint on a navy warship as a comms officer in my younger days. I'm sure I could keep a Drommer up and runnin' good and fine, and work the comm systems good too."

Brian pauses for a moment and mouths words, trying to remember what else to say.

"Oh yeah! I'm ready for pickup on Shinjuku, just finishin' up an engineering contract with a buddy on the station, send me a message if you'll have me. See yah soon hopefully, Brian out. Alright Dick, that should do it, turn off the-"

The message abruptly ends as Brian stands up to talk to 'Dick'.

"Ah, OK. Let's see... Brian Thomson. Your resume checks out. I'll try to get there as fast as I can, have some business in Dresden to finish up first, then I'll be right over."

He taps a few buttons on the console before turning his face up again.

"The payment is ready for when you come aboard."

The screen does not display any video, it is simply a text message.

Thanks for the opportunity Captain, it'll be good to get out there again.
See you when you arrive,
Brian Thomson.
