FL Studio - Bobthemanofsteel - 02-10-2010 So I've been using FL Studio 8 for the past year or so now, and I was just wondering whether anyone else here uses it? I'm not great at it, but I have done some stuff that I like, even if noone else does:D I just thought, being at a rather intermediate level of use, knowing others that could be willing to give tips and such would be great, as well as share some of our creations! Personally, I make Dancey stuff, Trance, Electro and the like, and it's a lot of fun! I'll dig up my songs, I know I uploaded them somewhere XD PS: It's FruityLoops Studio, if people are confused:D EDIT: My 'Discography' Missing my newer stuff, and half of it isn't FL, but meh:D DOUBLE EDIT: I should also mention that you can probably tell which ones I actually made, and not just mixed. Hint: lower quality:D FL Studio - Not Espi - 02-10-2010 reason here. fruity loop is more of a toy imo FL Studio - Bobthemanofsteel - 02-10-2010 ' Wrote:reason here. fruity loop is more of a toy imo reason here? Well, even if it is a toy, it's a fun one:D EDIT: Linked in first post. FL Studio - eyvind - 02-10-2010 It's a great toy, and the very best toys are more than a little useful. EDIT: My most adequate creation so far: Ladedonk I can't help but grin and bob my head at a few points in it. FL Studio - Guest - 02-10-2010 Compared to Reason is a toy, but it has so many options that you can make most of the stuff you can do with Reason. More you use it, more plugins you come across, that's how you can make it....perfect for your "work" FL FTW ! FL Studio - Marcus Lindberg - 02-10-2010 I had the program a long time ago but it was soo scary and soo many buttons I never really used it. If someone bothered to teach me though, I certainly would. But it sounds cool:D ' Wrote:I had the program a long time ago but it was soo scary and soo many buttons I never really used it. If someone bothered to teach me though, I certainly would. And yeah. I remember my first time. So many knobs. So many things to touch. It took me a while to get used to it, but now that I know how to do it, it makes me proud to do something enjoyable. FL Studio - ophidian - 02-10-2010 MIDI + VST plug ins here. I use ProTools 6.5 series and Cubase 3 FL Studio - kikatsu - 02-10-2010 I have the trial version and I am still figuring out how to use it properly....luckily FL studio has a ton of tutorial videos up on youtube but so far I love the software...can't wait to make something worth listening to with it FL Studio - Bobthemanofsteel - 02-10-2010 So I made a fairly epic Techno song tonight. Problem being uploading it will take forever:D(Check the Speedtest thread) I love it. |
