Try arcing the Trident round to the right, so it looks like it's coming back on the Bottlenose, then fill the space with gunfire beween the two.
Then you can hide the engine effects of the Dent behind that.

The angle of the Tridente's trails is not quite right, bring it down a bit to match the angle of the exhausts and it'd be perfect.
Still, I think the engine trails colours don't blend in well with the rest of the signature. I'd rather have it without them or have them drift towards the background colour set.
