Vetruvian has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote:6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.
5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.
Consequences: You are poor and have no guns.
Notes: When a couple guys in a CSV get away from you, and still offer to pay you for safe return passage, and then wait for you to catch up, ask you how much you want, and you blow them away, that is PVP abuse.
You never even asked for a specific amount.

And just exactly how is it that it went, when you caught up with those two players and blew their ships up, without actually making a demand of them for their money?
My next question is also quite simple. Would you have acted in exactly the same way had you known in advance that the two characters you destroyed are also admins?
