Bullseye, with any luck if you weren't involved your character will be restored.
Consider it a preventive measure. With all the characters that -may- have been affected by any of the cheaters, whether it be directly involved (being the ones loot modding) or indirectly (simply being passed some of the profits). The admins can now sort through for any characters innocent of 0.0 violations. Without the risk of credits earned in violation of 0.0 being passed around to others.
