Hola honoured outcasts, my name is Ally Chen and I'm a mercenary.
I have just bought a used Sabre, which is equipped with a Kraken turret. Zhe ship's name is freedom and I don't know, whether there has been given a permission to use that turret or if there ever has been asked for. The dealer, who sold the Sabre , couldn't answer my question. To make things clear I ask you for a permission to use that Kreken turret. I have never had trouble with the outcasts, yex I have never been in the Taus or in the Omicron systems, where you live and I do not intend to go there. My preserve are the Omegas. Mostly I word for Daumann Heavy Construction, but as a Mercenary I am free for other clients.
You see, I'm not an enemy of the outcasts and I won't become one. Iheard rumors about your fabolous Inferno and your Wyrm guns, so I would ask vor a permission of those, but these weapons are not sold here, and, like I said, I don't come to places, where the outcasts live. From there I only ask for the permission of the Kraken turret, which was already mounted.
As long as you need for a decision, I dismount the Kraken and keep it inmy cargohold.

We've not yet discussed the matter of you using the turret, but it may not be a good idea to use it while working for Daumann just yet... although you shoudn't have any issues in the Omegas that you're not already prepared for.
I do suggest not taking it to Kusari or Liberty, of course.
I will relay the matter to the other Ministers. You should have a response soon.
