I believe there is a guide about how to make your own but if you don't want to go to the trouble, there are a couple sites out there that do it. the one I use since Clintonio is down is SignAvatar.
You just give it the links to the sigs you want to rotate and it'll give you the link to put inside the [IMG] Tags.

Yes, as Malexy said: Talk to Venty, just take a look at my awesome changing Signature. There isnt a Limit, you can put as many Pictures into it as you want. Best of all is: Even if you posed twice on a Page, the Pictures can be different in both of your Signatures.
A .gif isnt really recommended, lack of Quality.
