event of conflict, the ID's override the rules.
In this case the Liberty Navy ID does not allow the use of a Battlecruiser, and your rep board is in no position

I was recently jailed by FellowHoodlum.
I know why this happened, but the reason behind it is slightly more complex.
I was not in any way trying to affect the RPing nature of the server. In fact as I had pointed out to the few other players I came across, I was not interacting with the world in any way, on either side or the other, for any reason. This is because when I bought the Liberty Assault Battlecruiser, I was unaware that it belonged to the battleship class of ships for the purposes of the game, and as such I would need a different ID to be able to make use of the ship. I went immediately to Virginia where I was told I could purchase the right ID and therefore avoid sanctions. Upon arriving in Virginia I found out that I could not get the right ID as I did not have sufficient standing with the Liberty Navy Guard. I also found that I could not do missions for the LNG. This now posed a bit of a problem for me as I had a ship that I shouldn't be in and had spent a large amount of money and time obtaining it.

So I did the best thing I could, go and find a relatively secluded system with Navy missions that would give me the increase I needed to be able to buy the right ID and then reenter the game. From my point of view there was no other way possible of achieving this without running the missions. So that is what I was doing. I was making absolutely sure that I did not interact with any other players in any way which would effect their gameplay, while at the same time using missions (which do not effect other players) to raise my standings with the LNG as fast as possible.

While I understand why I have been jailed I would request that either, someone is able to raise my LNG faction to the appropriate level so that I can legally use my ship, or if that solution is impossible that you return my Liberty Navy gunboat and preferably the 300million credits that I mistakenly spent on the LABC. Either of these solutions would seem fair and appropriate given the circumstances.

This way I can go and get the required standing, now that I know I need it. And nothing changes for the server, more or less the character that got jailed gets a roll back to prevent future failure.

Please let me know your thoughts on this matter.

ps. if after reading this you still find all suggested solutions inappropriate, then in the effort of saving time, a Liberty Gunboat please. I really would appreciate one of the other above options though as this was a genuine mistake.
