Commander Rossini, This is Colonel Kell Tainer of the Order, we met a month or so ago in the Kansas system while myself and other operatives were checking out the system linked to Kansas as you know. I told you then i'd try to bring fighter support out to Kansas to deal with possible nomad incursions. I am now in a position to make good on that offer, assuming you wish it. I lead a faction within the Order known as the Preservers, we are few, but we have sleeper agents all over Sirius, and if you would have it, i would like to request docking rights aboard the Belisarius for my men, it would provide us with a base of operations within Liberty. Also, my command ship, the Neith II would be frequenting Kansas, i am merely letting you know in advance. And if you may, please pass along a request for a truce and possibly friendship to the Hellfire Legion, they would be valuable allies.

I can't really agree to any of this without a stamp of approval from Order High Command - the last thing we need is to accidentally make enemies out of them by green lighting an unauthorized operation. We can work out the terms later if and when you hear back from them.
As far as an alliance with the Order, I believe the Legion has had a rather long history of cooperation with them in the past, having traded one of their Spyglass Scanners for an Osiris. Just because they've been silent for awhile doesn't mean you still aren't friends. Granted, you'd have to speak with the Lord Commander on that matter.
