You get credit for getting things to ALMOST match. But since you have the rep, why didn't you get a Navy ID to go with your ship? Freelancers can't own that ship. Jailed until you post here and let us know what you want to be.
EDIT: Upon further review, we decided to simply jail ALL of your ships until you post here. The trader was bascially legal - but that had to be by mistake, because the others were also very, very wrong.
