First at all, I will introduce myself, I'm Chujo Hajime Hiroito, from Kusari Naval Forces primary fleet. I'm contacting you today, due to a issue between this squadron, the KRF, and the Kusari State Police, most specifically, a modified Liner working as Hospital within Kusari, the Tokushima.
I'm aware, that you had a conversation with the commander of this Liner, I know what were the topics discussed by you. And this matter needs to be solved quickly before another raising problem.
Yes, smuggling and transporting Human Organs falls as a crime according to the Kusari Legal Codex if they are not holded by Samura or Kishiro, no one an argue that.
But, we, at the Kusari Naval Forces High Command, never though it was needed to be cleared that any transport, or liner, or ship of any size, belonging to the Kusari Naval Forces, or Kusari State Police are excepted of this law, most at all, if we talk about a hospital.
What I want from your squadron is, that you reply to this frequency as soon as you can, saying that you understand this message.
