What specifically was lost? If you have the ADF files from your accounts, that's all you need once you re-install the game, to import them back into FAM.
Knowing what some of your character names are MIGHT allow us to find your account numbers. It might not, too.

Also if you remember all your characters names and was smart enough to set a movecharcode on all of them, you can just move them to your new account again.

Yeah , next time save the IDs on an USB stick or Memory card this way you wont lose them if your HDD crashes or windows or worse.
