Guten Tag High Command!

I speak this day to you due to a strange situation today in Omega 7 system. It's clear that the IMG is more than a simple mining group; Today one of our patrols was tasked to investigate two IMS security vessels. We needed information on them and also continuing our campaign to get them out of the system and leave it to Rheinland corporations. Upon encountering them; a bounty hunter, a frellancer and an indepent miner arrived to the scene, all with different objectives. The hunter just wanted the bounty on foerign miners; the freelancer wanted to assist the IMS and the independent miner wanted to attack us; for what reason? We will never know.

When the BHG engaged the miner to claim the bounty, the IMS engaged us; beginning the fight. In respose we fired back, and shot down one of their bombers. However this is not the problem, this is is just the background of the situation that happened a few minutes later.

A full IMG fleet arrived; some gunboats, and a battlecruiser from the IMG. An SCRA gunboat and an unidentified RHA vessel, and a Kruger Minerals registered pilot flying a military vessel, who by the way engaged us and an innocent miner who had nothing to do with the conflict.
Later a an IMG carrier was spotted as well; we had no more option than pulling back to Briesen. Why were two eagles a threat so big to summon an entire fleet? Well we will never know; but what we know is that there is a major flaw in our security system, an entire foregin fleet right at the doors of the nation.

What we are requesting now is your assistance; we are not asking you act aggressively; as a matter of fact, we the high executives ave decided that the best solutuion lies in diplomacy; but how can we engage in diplomacy with an IMG fleet, plus a Colonial Remnant battlegroup threatening us? We plea to you to take actions, and increase security in the system. Now the IMG has put a bounty on our head without knowing the facts of the situation, they didn't bother to get an explanation, they just decided to put a bounty on us right away. Threatening our operations threatens the already weak republic's industry. They steal the prime matter of the nearly broken Kruger Minerals up in the Ebersfeld cloud; now they are slowly weakening us by putting a bounty on us, Soon they will be moving into Rheinland claiming mining rights.

We request your assistance in increasing our security, be it by your own means; or by assisting us allowing us to arm ourselves with a few military grade equipment; just for defensive pruposes. It's clear that the IMG has an equipment we cannot match, and an incredibly high number of warship commanders spending their time at doing nothing but flying all together against two patrol eagles. We can send you evidence regarding the events if requested. It's clear that diplomacy is the best path to follow; but we cannot proceed with such a hostile force strong enough to assault Briesen.

To date the size of the IMG's fleet consists of the following according to the Patrol Wing Command.

- 2 IMG carriers, one registered as ICMG, another part of the 88th Battlegroup
- At least 4 gunboats; some registered as ICMG; at least one as IMS
- At least 2 Battle cruisers; one registered as ICMG, anothe one of independent registration
- Unknown number of IMG fighters and bombers, bot from the IMS and ICMG, plus the 88th battlegroup.

Now compare that to our patrol force and mercenaries together:

- 3 Eagles
- 2 Roc bomebrs
- A mercenary junker flying a pirate transport
- An Ables Aces mercenary flying a raven's talon
- 3 Sabres
- 3 Falcatas

The 3 sabres and falcatas are owned by the same 3 mercenaries, means the 6 of them can't fly at the same time; that basically reduces the number. Its clear that our force is a mere security wing tasked with the defense of our assets, even defending Kruger fields from foreing intrusion, and not an excuse to move 2 fleets to the Omegas.

Guten Tag,

This matter has caught our attention lately, but we had no idea it would get this much out of hand. As most of the Rheinwehr forces are caught up with the war in Liberty we have much less manpower to deal with issues like these. This issue has been brought up with the rest of the High Command and see what we can do. For now, we ask that you keep on staying on defence, try not to aggravate the IMG and Colonials. And if it comes to where it all hits the fan, we will intervien with these matters. If the IMG and CR are truley doing these prespostious acts, then make no mistake, we will take action.

I think it is best to arrange a formal convention. Major General Gunther Rall has lead the investigation to this matter, and he would like to arrange a meeting with representatives of the DHC. Hopefully we can find a solution to this unecessary violence.
What time would best suit you to meet with the Major General?

The official meeting happened later but in time. The RM High Coomand represent wasn't really helpful. We think he maybe a traitor or someone payed him down. Just 2 thing from his words: we can thank all for ourself and RM dont wanna risk their pilots for us. Well danke. Seems like we missunderstood what is good for Rheinland. Anyhow we dont asked your help until. We handled all thing until now without your assistance. We thought our duty informing you about IMG what is a potential problem in our western border. Their only luck, how we dont have license for those ships what we build. Our ships what we buy from Zoners are fine but not built for Omegas, that is our major problem.

Whatever, your represent almost called us as a lier group, so not officially we will discuss him about their insult in privat. But we promished evidences (what he dont really wanted to know and dont really bothered with it), use up for your conclusion.

The IMG capitals remained here in Omega-7 this one guarded Freistadt.

I dont know but I feel this as a problem. Why are so close so massive capital fleet? Against our 2 Eagles? Hard to believe. And who knows this fleet dont come against the Government? Later we show you they are in close relation with hessians and both we know what is their goal.

We sent out our patrol with a mercenary for collecting evidences for the discuss. They was lucky. IMS just mined at the northen field guarded by hessians. Seems like hessians send not just fighters but capitals too.

This pair shot out the IMS transport and mining ship what they got and awaited the reaction. Normally they never do this risky action, but we thought then, you need these pictures (now we arent sure).

Well of course the hessians wasnt so good to stop our commando action. After our bombers nailed the IMS vessels they withdrawed.

The hessians tried to lowering their blame, and they tried to revenge IMS vessels. This was a surprise for CR pilot too, who was there for helping IMS. Maybe not just I curious why try hessians avenge the IMS vessels.

But seems like IMG members harm not just Daumann but military too. They report military vessels position and moving for hessians:

Seems like hessians just enjoy staying in Orbit of Freistadt. Hard to say they not guard it. Question is why?

What am I said? They enjoy the orbit? Sorry Im wrong. They enjoy docking there. Here some pictures about a take off. As a Wilde Dragon squad member informed us, IMG kicked out military from Freistadt what accepted by RM high command. Well maybe now they think they was wrong. At least I hope.

And if you are not sure RHA and IMG members working together, here the last. They openly discuss about it in local chat.

Some thing for the end. Im sure your represent will report about our discuss. He clearly show us he is very soft and incompetent. He clearly declared he wanna know us in the sun but later he made a tea party with the enemy in Omega 7. He said he dont really want helping us, its his own opinion. Well if RM can show only this type leaders, yes better if you dont help us in Omegas. Soft men die fast there and this one was very soft. And a side note - not good if a diplomat tell his own personel oppinion and insult his speech partner. So next time could be fine if you send a competent one, who dont get his rank because his uncle was in the Admirality (hard to believe or imagine other way).

I suggest you, face the IMG with the evidences and give them Enemy of the State status until they let to dock hessians on Freistadt but not our Military. Until they use RHA as guards and escorts. The best if you simple withdraw their rights for Omegas and kick them from Freistadt and from Omegas. They mean harm for Rheinland, their bases are full with unlawfuls, they just problem.

We understand you dont want to risk military pilots. At least your represent said this. Im close to call him coward, but maybe Im wrong. We dont need more than a license for using those ships what we build. As we see Kruger use military vessels (wraith), BMM use Templar, Rheinland unlawfuls use each other stuffs, I dont remember when I saw example an LWB without Arbeiter. As we saw you already let RepEx using gunboat, so maybe our request not an impossible thing. We dont need much just about 6 VHF and 6 Bomber. We are enough for protecting our interests if we get this, not need to risk your pilots if you dont feel it is your duty - protecting rheinland citizens (your represents dont feeled it as your duty).
