can the Fearless be used by the lane hacker guard? or the Liberty rogues guard?
p.s asking because lane hacker guard has no cruiser and i want one.

in general terms .. "no"
the fearless is a military grade warship of a faction that is not really friendly to you. zoners do a lot for business - but selling their warships might not fall under that category.
however - thats what "general terms" means. - with sufficient reason - and or diplomatic ties, one might gain enough trust to be awarded commanding such a ship.
BUT - ask yourself the question ... - if the hackers had a cruiser ... do you think it would be appropriate for a zoner to use that ship?

jinx, that is a tad different. zoners are neutral to everyone (or they are trying to be anyway) and granting an unlawful faction a ship like that might get liberty a bit upset as a lawful house.

i m afraid - but zoners are not "neutral" when it suits the arguments.
the last years events and hostilities have proven that zoners had a very hard time staying neutral. it is their given LORE - but players ( not ingame characters ) - tried very very hard to fight the neutrality - making up diplomatic situations where zoners - if they wished to remain "inRP" had no chance to stay neutral anymore - and ended up being raided, shot up - even given "blanket bounties"
at that time - if you remember - the majority of players - veteran players, too - and 1 now official faction as well as 1 made up faction - were cheered at for fighting zoners - claiming that "they cannot be neutral".
i suspected that argument to pop up though. - zoners build the fearless, which is meant to be an armoured edgeworld supply ship. ( classified as a destroyer though )
zoners do have a need for ships of that class. - maybe their vanilla lore doesn t suggest that - BUT - players throughout the community have successfully proven by their hostility, that zoners DO need those ships - and a military. ( its a circle that goes around - players state "zoners cannot be neutral with warships" - and so they attack - zoners counter with "we are attacked, so we need warships" )
anyway - zoners are in need of warships - if zoners are meant to give away one of theirs, it is a valid point to ask if its right for them to ask for one of yours. - zoners are not Santa Claus, they don t give away stuff - and they don t build ships they don t need. - they build destroyer class vessels that are comparable to other military grade vessels - and they don t do it for fun, or "cause they can" - they do it cause they need them.

hmm, well what could i use guys? im a lane hacker guard, and the rogue cruiser is well....looks nice...but isnt what im looking for. i like small crusiers that are fast and manuverable.
please, give me a hand in advice, i already got my gunboat with a 3.0 armor, its either a cruiser or the 3.6 armor.... please, i need advice. (dont just say, "its all about the RP" not really, think how many are that serious, RP in game is very limited, however, i do it every chance i get:) )

Get a Storta, maybe the Outcasts will give you one. Or even the Blood Dragons and their Cruiser.
