Who can use this ship? The problem is it is sold on IMG base, while infocard says it is available on black market for almost anyone. I would like to use it as OC.

It's also sold on a Zoner base too as I recall.
It's a civie fighter however and IS avalible to basicly anyone.

We had many Admin discussions on this one. Anyone can use it. It's Civilian.

Keep in mind that the admins have said many times that the place you buy a ship isn't important.

Hmm... All this time I trought it is only sold on Java. I also trought it is half IMG, half civilian. Seems like I've been wrong...

Definately Just a Civy Ship. Although it is sold on the IMG base or whatnot, Its sold on Zoner Bases too.
But it was clarified as a Civilian Fighter that Made it onto the Market for just about anybody to use.
