I don't care if you associate with Rheinlanders or not. That's your call. I put up with the Xeno business because you assured me you were doing good work for us there, and there was some deniability involved - we could throw up our hands and say "oh, sorry, she's gone rogue, there's not much we can do". Fine. That's one thing.
Leading Rheinland Military vessels through our stronghold is quite another. If the Liberty Navy find out about Rheinland Military vessels traipsing around Puerto Rico, the first thing they will do is march in and take Puerto Rico to stop it happening. Now, we could fight back, of course, if we don't mind our hitherto tolerated bases being swiftly converted into a rich new source of scrap metal.
On the other hand, of course, if the Rheinlanders lose a shipyard or two, they may look upon Puerto Rico as a handy replacement. Again, we could fight back, but that would be the end of Kreuzberg.
So consider this a polite, but firm, request. You can marry a Rheinlander, for all I care. But do not lead them through Puerto Rico. I stuck my neck out for you once, Miss McDowell, please don't make me regret it.
