Admin Notice: Player Banned + Fined - Reverend Del - 04-01-2010
Cosmos has been sanctioned for:
Quote:1.2 Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.
Notes: You dipped into a character that wasn't yours took the money and stripped the ship, and then deleted it. Then you tried to hide the money trail. Well guess what, it didn't work. We caught you. You're not getting permanently banned, instead we're going to feed you to the wolves that are the various factions you're in. Rest assured they'll be informed, that is if they don't see this first.
Consequences: Banned for 30 days, your single most expensive ship/ships totalling the value that you stole have been deleted and won't be coming back. If you attempt to circumvent this ban in any way, other than appealing the verdict, the ban gets an extension to forever.

We have certain methods for detecting computers and it's a unique stamp, that stamp is yours. Couple that with forum posts indicating certain chars connected to that stamp were yours. The paper trail leads back to you. We've just spent two hours ensuring that we got the evidence correct. Seriously, who else could it have been?
We've checked, re-checked and checked again. I'm sorry, but the facts are the facts.

Heck nearly all of my friends have my Joe.Banjo account and most of my others.
I'm speaking to Weed now on Teamspeak, and he's mentioning chars that I don't even have!

We can isolate who used what character when, you used Polaris at the time the money was stripped. So regardless of everything else, that alone marks you as guilty.
