I come to you tonight concerned for a couple of miners that have gone missing in recent months from both Tau-23 and Tau-37. Their ships still have not been located either, it appears as if they were taken by someone from their mining posts completely, ship and all. I come to you because this has been happening for months now. In total, six miners have gone missing along with their ships.
I have heard reports of something happening in the Tau's lately. Reports of strange looking ships darting just in and out of scanner range spouting off strange nonsense in the system comms. Is this something, we, the miners of Tau-23 and Tau-37 should be concerned about? Or are these just nonsense claims and prehaps these miners have been kidnapped by the Outcasts because of them being so close to their home? If it is the Outcasts, why has there not been any wreckage discovered from their ships as is always the case?
Some of the miners are just concerned for our safety, please let us know what you discover. All of the miners that have gone missing are close friends of mine, and I would like to see some justice done. Thank you.

We received your call pilot and i must say that the rumors are true. Colonial Pilots also reported ships that were of unknown affiliation, they also report strange radar readings, equipment malfunction and many other things.
But we also cannot exclude the possibility of the Outcasts boarding parties. Also , maybe the specialists moved their operation area.
However , the Colonial Command or the Colonial pilots patrolling the Tau 23 system and Tau 37 didn't received any distress call.
So , it would be best if you can search the IMG database about those vessels so we could exclude some of the possibilities.
Also our Comm channels are always open for anyone that require assistance and rest assure that the Fleet will launch SAR units to search for the missing miners and we will do all we can to protect the honest citizens of the Tau systems.
