Background Information
Leonardo was born on Planet Malta. His life already became hard since he was born. He was an unwanted child and his mother hated him. The Ramirez family was very poor, barely could survive on their own. His father, Diego, was a Cardamine smuggler, his mother, Elizabetha, housewife. Leonardo was the black sheep in the family. He was always working hard the whole day, while his mother took care of his siblings. His only real friend was his father. He and Leonardo were always watching the Sabre's infront of Malta. Leo wanted to become a pilot since he was very young.
His mother was always worried about his father, because smuggling through Liberty was a very dangerous business. She couldn't really stand it anymore and wanted to left Diego. He was full of Cardamine at that time. Diego strangled Leo's mother right infront of the whole family. It was a terrible scenario for Leo's siblings, but for him, it was more like a salvation. Leo's sister Maria wasn't the same from that moment on. No one knew what's wrong with her.
Two years later, Leo's father thought that he's ready to fly a ship. Leonardo was 16 that time. Diego was a very skilled pilot and a great teacher, too. After three more years, Leo was ready to fly on his own. Both, father and son, went on a smuggling trip once. Everything was fine, until they met two Independent Miner's Guild pilots. They wanted to kill Leo and Diego, because they were Outcast's. Diego wanted to protect his son, but he got shot in no time. He couldn't escape from the ship either. Leo was full of hate from that moment on. He was able to take both pilots down. Back in Alpha, he had to tell his siblings what happened. But after he entered the house, he saw his brother Rico dead on the floor. No one knows why, till today. Beside of that, his sister Maria was gone, with the old Dagger of her father. She's still missed today. But Leo is still searching for her.
Today, Leonardo is a determined young man who knows what he wants. He's member of the Blue Lotus Syndicate and is following into his father's footsteps, he's smuggling Cardamine and pirating in Kusari to feed the rest of his family. He also wants to avenge his dead father, by all available means.
