Toaster reporting in to High Command
Telzor was part of a small force that had spotted Dangen... Dangen had a Phantom IFF and ID.
Along with Dangen we also had Nomads just outside of the Omicron Minor jump hole. Two out of three of the Nomads got away, but we managed to sink their gunboat. Dangen got away. Telzor pursued and witnessed Dangen's purchase of two "Kitties". Soon after he made his way out of the system and left.
Dangen spoke of Atrocities within the Order. That is all I have to report as Dangen showed no sign or wish to combat the Order. His purpose remains unknown.
TCG also showed up in pursuit of Dangen and were sent back to Alaska by the primary fleet.
Telzor will be awaiting response. Dangen's capture was impossible as my return to the nomads was necessary to assist other Order Pilots.

Sender: Ensign Chris Leigh, Order Primary fleet
Agent Telzor has described the events quite well.
The encounter with the Keepers that followed the incident with Dangen was quite successful. One Order fighter destroyed [pilot recovered] to one Keeper gunboat claimed and two bombers routed.
Dangen did not make clear his reasons for joining the Phantoms but his behaivior was erratic and he seems unstable [more so than usual]. I would advise extreme caution to any agents encountering him the future.
