Okay, so today was a fun birthday. I got some nice new guns for my Griffin, although the shine on the guns made the rust on the old bird look worse.
Shot straight, and the boys took me out hunting some Chrysanthemum patrols. Stupid girls couldn't even strafe bomber guns, let alone my Plasmas.


I did almost die though, met a nasty Kiretsu by the Kyushu jumphole in New Tokyo, I wanted to break her open, but my Griffin wouldn't have lasted five minutes against her guns.


That's why I decided to put through a request to the Black Dragon Society, their Black Dragons are magnificant, and I'll be able to actually kill stuff on my own.

I can't wait for a reply, and it would make an excellent birthday present. Next up is guns, I could use something to chain well with the Silverfires I have stashed from my last birthday.
I need longer range though, about 600 would be perfect, so I put in a request with The Brotherhood. Their Salamancas are pefect, and some Tizonas would be a charm.

It's about time I got a new ship though, a lucky mine from a Blood Dragon busted the electronics in my port wing-gun. The whole thing backed up on me, and the next shot my guns, It blew my whole wing off!

If I use this ship any longer, I'll die. It's only a matter of time, I hope the Black Dragon Society get back to me quickly, dying isn't part of my future plans.

Also, the air-conditioning is broken.

I buzzed around for abit, nothing much to do as I only have three out of four guns, and a wing missing. Flew about Kyushu and Shikoku, no one really about. Quiet day I guess.
Up until I ran into General Yarr and Hitomi Ryuu.


Turns out General Yarr was really a General for the KNF at one point, he was nice. Had a real big ship too.


Didn't talk to Ryuu at all, I guess they had to get going.
An Ageira supertransport came through, couldn't nail him down as my stupid little Griffin couldn't even dent his sheild!

I'll get him next time.

I visited Shinjuku, to meet an old friend, and upon undocking, I saw the weirdest thing.
It was a Bretonian Armed Force Very Heavy Fighter.


He seemed lost, and he spoke like he had Lawl Syndrome. I decided just to shoot him, he was invading anyway, even if it was single-handedly
Bastard didn't last long, even against my crappy Griffin. I only had three guns, shows how well trained the BAF are.


It's pretty clear he was infected. Was infected... definately Lawl Syndrome. He ranted at me from his escape pod as I nudged it into a nearby sun. Oh well. Then I met Justin, I demanded some money as he was with the Liberty Navy.


He didn't have much, so I took a small amount of what he had. Next up was some punk in a Spatial who thought he didn't have to pay. He just cruised onwards, ignoring my demands.
He defended himself when I opened fire, though he never hit me, and died really quickly.


I didn't make much money, but people died. Surprising as I'm in a rusty old Griffin with one wing and three guns. Not bad Zoey, not bad at all.

I was dozing about in New Tokyo, it was close to bed time, nothing to do as I wait, so I decided to check out the Kyushu gate. Soon enough a nice trader arrived and donated some money to me!


I waved goodbye and decided I'd go explore the Taus, I heard Java is nice, as long as I don't make trouble. I met with a Semi-Gaian. We talked for a while, he seemed concern at my ship missing a wing.


I eventually landed and the staff on Java were nice enough to let me have a shower. I swear a couple of the Colonials were peeking...

Next I took off and met a really handsome Freelancer who asked me out, so I have a boyfriend now! He's really sweet and he has a cool Sabre.


So hopefully he'll take me out somewhere nice sometime. I won't be able to sleep now, exciting day.

Nothing much happened today, got up late. Drifted around and killed a stray Blood Dragon patrol.
I dropped a lane as a Kusari Battleship arrived, that was close. He made me hand over the Cruiser Commander I rescued... Lame.


When he disappeared into Kyushu, I encountered a trader. I demanded 500,000, but he said he wasn't that wealthy, so I settled at 50,000.
At least I can afford to eat now.


No response from the Black Dragon Society yet, do hope they get back to me soon.

The Black Dragon Society said I can had a Black Dragon! I picked it up at Kabukicho Depot earlier. It's a beauty, it has air conditioning (finally), seatbelts and ABS. I don't know how a ship could even have ABS, or how that even makes sense, but I suppose it's all good for space-safety!


It's sad having to scrap the old Griffin, I will kind of miss it, having had it for like, six years. Peice of crap couldn't even fit a new wing without it breaking on me.

So I took a trip through the Taus to Bretonia, through Leeds to meet up with my contact in Edinburgh.
I eventually found Islay Base, nicely hidden too, they loved my Black Dragon. I met up with Nicholas Hammond, the bartender there. He set me up with my Gaian Identification codes, and told me all I needed to know. Odd man, he seemed keen to give me an Outcast bribe, which is suspicious.


I took my first few assignments with them, some Police patrols were nearby, making trouble for the units around Islay.
I blew up some newly-constucted Weapons Platforms and killed most of them. The rest ran away crying I think.


Note to self: Never... never... ever... volunteer to hunt Police Light Fighters. They move about like they're on steroids. Rawrgh!

Should be fun here in Bretonia, I can't wait to see the rest of it. Edinburgh is pretty, makes Leeds look like crap, I wonder what Dublin is like...

I finally finished my tasks for today, and I saw Gaia! It's soooo pretty!


I wish I could visit it, but I doubt Cryer Research Institute would let me, especially as I'm a criminal in Bretonia. Oh well.

I moved on through to Tau-31 and caught a Freelance Trader with Military Vehicles. He payed up with no fuss, fearing my guns. Which was nice. It's good when someone can afford to pay me.


Next I spied some fresh Planetform Depots, so I blew them up! As I entered Tau-23, I found three BMM Depots, so I blew them up too, nothing like casual vandalism/borderline-terrorism.


Tau-23 was boring, some Colonials arguing with some Outcasts at Java. I couldn't be bothered to get into a fight, so I waited.

Soon enough I spotted a Ravens Talon with no guns, I took this situation to my advantage and followed him out of sight of the others, to Tau-37. There I tried to rob him.
Seems he was infected with Lawl Syndrome as he just babbled on, eventually eating his own mines to escape me.
What was most odd though, was as soon as I was about to leave, he returned... seems his escape pod had a teleportation device or something, and he has a fresh new ship!
I made my demands again, and he refused again. So he died.
Amazing! He came back... again! I asked once more before he inevitably lost his third ship to me.


Dumbass.

So I think I'll stay here on Java for the night, I don't feel up to flying back to Bretonia right now...

I made my way back down to Edinburgh through the Taus, breaking another Planetform Depot. You'd think the bastards would hide them better, or stop putting them there in the open...

I scouted around Edinburgh, it was desolate. No police patrols, no Gaians about to patrol with. It was a wasteland.
I found a jumphole to Dublin, and made my way to the Battleship Hood there.


There I met Steve, a rude but handsome Mercenary. He is Bretonian, and loyal to Bretonia, so at first we argued, but I think he secretly liked me.


I was about to ask him, when his friend, a Mercenary interrupted me. She was stuck in the docking bay doors so I docked to have them open so she could escape.


When things were quieter, I finally asked Steve, he seemed nervous but interested. I think he likes me, I sure do like me, he's very handsome afterall.


So I left them alone, satisfied with the plans for tonight. I wandered around, not finding much, until eventually I ran into a BMM Miner at Graves Station. I ordered him to pay me, stripping his sheilds and denting his hull.


Smart guy eventually paid up.
Next was some Smuggler or Freelancer or something, I didn't even have to shoot this guy, he seemed okay to pay up right away.
I let his friend in the Rhino off though, seemed unfair to rob him.


When I left the two to escape, that Merc-friend of Steve's contacted me. We had a nice chat.
They may support Bretonia, but I like them.


I think I'll stay here on the Hood and wait for Steve... I'm so excited.

Grrrr.

I set out from the Hood to shoot at some miners, and I met the infamous Doc Jameson. We briefly chatted at the Mollys tried to shoot me, and eventually I decided to pull back.
I didn't even get to shoot him..


Next I found a nice BMM Miner, hiding in the gold fields. I made my demands as a damned Ion Storm crept in.


I didn't even get to shoot him! I'm about to go see if the Farmers Alliance will let me use a Mamoru. At least I can properly threaten the miners that way.
