After a long time (maybe 4 months) I wanted to play Freelancer again. However, both of my characters have disappeared. Do accounts expire if not played for a certain time?

You lose characters if they have not been logged onto for 40 days. Sorry, you'll have to start over.

Well, thanks for the help, I really didn't know about that. I searched the rules but I couldn't find this particular one.
What does the \restart command exactly do? Are there any requirements to use it? (otherwise everybody could use it at the start)
