Meine herren of the Federal Republic of Rheinland's most honourable Militar High Command.
My name ist Lafiel Tarrant Countess of Arundel of planet Cambridge. I have been appointed Bretonian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federal Republic of Rheinland to represent her majesty and take control of the management of our embassy upon planet New Berlin. As was discussed in diplomatic talks between our two people at the conference at Planet Cambridge.
I will be departing for your space in days close by and here by request permission to enter your space under an escort of armed forces vessels. This entourage will return once more to Bretonian space after my safe deliverance to New Berlin unless it is of your preferance that personel of your own Militar bring me under your guard to New Berlin.
I must then ask what the guidelines of security for our embassy shall be will we recieve permission for a small armed forces contigent to safe guard and protect the embassy ship QCG|HMS-Albion[FCO] in addition to its building planetside or shall our protection be left unto your Militar's capable hands.
If there is anything else we must discuss regarding arrangements feel free to bring them up. I also hope my words of your language are correct for I am doing my best to learn your language as it and your culture have been of great interest to me for some time now.

The Royal Liner QCG|HMS-Albion[FCO] has clearance for 2 (two) Bretonian Armed Forces escort vessels to the lower orbit of planet New Berlin.
New Berlin flight command has reserved a low orbit for the Royal Liner QCG|HMS-Albion[FCO] and has two Rheinland Military vessels summoned to guard the HMS-Albion[FCO] permanently.
The New Berlin embassy is shielded by military and police forces in the diplomatic district of planet New Berlin.
Since the embassy itself is Bretonia sovereign territory, you are clear to introduce a small garnison of Bretonian Armed Forces to ensure internal security of the embassy.

I am most pleased for your exceptionally fast response for it indeed allows ones preperations to run
most smoothly I am most greatful for this.
It would be indeed a great honour to be received by Admiral Malte how ever know that I completely understand should she be occupied as I imagine your Militar staff are all rather busy in present times
it is indeed the same situation for Admiral Nelson I know he would love to attend this very special
occassion but is quite unsure if he will be able to make the trip in person as duty calls.
Your security protocols have been recieved and all the necessary arrangements shall be made.
- To the maximum of 2 armed forces vessel may accompany the Embassy ship in escort while in sovereign space
- A small armed forces garrison may be present to maintain internal security of the embassy
- QCG|HMS-Albion[FCO] Embassy vessel myself and senior members of staff have been granted Diplomatic immunity.
-In addition the embassy will be protected by Rheinland military and police forces inclusive of a permanent presence of 2 guard vessels of the Rheinland Militar in protection of HMS-Albion[FCO] Embassy ship.
At this stage Herr Meyer my departure for Rheinland Sovereign space will be on the 26th or 27th of an evening though a confirmed date will be discussed via secure private channels to the Rheinland Militar High Command. It is my expressed opinion that sooner would be much preferant than later as I am ready over
this end and on personal level I am rather excited to be able to enjoy your culture and language through my appointed position as ambassador to your truely honourable people.
