I need help on the boss, anyone got FF13 please help me.
I am borrowing FF13 form my brother in law, and he gave the guidebook.
Now, I'm at the part where Hope and Lightening are fighting a l'cei spirit thingy mobob, ( I don't get the enemies)
And you need to let him damage you.. or do you.. its seems when you were playing as Snow that was the aim.
but either run out of time, or die.
I use Double Dose to heal Hope and Lightening, but i run out of time. The Guide book says i need to do a spell thing to hurt him first. HOWEVER I don't have the spell to do it. I don't rely on guide books that often because that is really jsut spoiling the game play.
So Please help.

Use Lightning on Ravager, and Hope on Medic the entire time. Let Hope continue to heal throughout the entire thing, while you just keep attacking Odin with Lightning.
You should beat him pretty easily.
