Hello Corsairs I know our groups haven't seen Eye to Eye as of late but I figured this little incident merited a contact .

As seen here one of your Vessels is Engaging one of My Vessels, I see nothing unusual, that's what pirates do you pirate transports the only thing I see wrong is that your ship is in Tau 29 which if I'm not mistaken is pretty far from Corsair territory. Now i would like this little Issue to be settled Peacefully, both our groups have had much conflict in the past with the loss of people on both sides and i do quite hate the Shedding of Blood when it is un-needed.

I hereby press charges against the capitano of the Imperator class gunboat with the callsign "Texican". This vile scum spits on the honor of all Corsairs, behaving like a dog and trampling on thegraveyard of our most beloved founding father, Don Quixote. This burro mistreat everything you know you should respect while doing business in Omicron 94 and had even the guts to pretend he was honoring our ancestor by his vile behaviour.

I demand justice brought down harsh on this defiling rata and if he is not skinned and sent off naked to the Hessians - the return of the stolen goods of the now desecrated grave aswell as a hefty ....hefty fine are the absolute minimum there is! BY MY HONOR!!

The captain in question has been banished into the omegas untill he has redeemed his status with this court. Part of the actions to redeem himself are paying all damages to Samura in full.

Lets make sure we keep our relation beneficial to both, continue to do business with corsair ports and senor make sure, you ships haul stuff to our port regularly so all pilot will get to know that you one of the supplier of Corsairs, we will be more able to protect your vessels.

It seems Omicron 94 is out of the Council's jurisdiction as per the treaty of omicron 94 signed shortly after the discovery of the system. The Familia is free to handle this incursion in any way they seem fit whilst the perpetrator is in omicron 94. Outside of said system the corsair laws are in effect.

I suggest you attempt to handle this through your own means.

Let's get few things straight here hombre.

First of, you don't look particularly Hispanic to me, so unless a Benitez family donky had his way with some Bretonian I highly doubt you even carry as much as a hint of true Sair blood in your vains.

Secondly, the only thing even remotely true about your little fairy tale is the transcript section which fully explains the reason why the 'Texican' was where it was.
The only commentary that's really necessary is that after one of my crewman yells: 'Nomados' and I engage the funkers you actually start firing at the the wreck of the Don Quixote.

For desecrating the wreck of the Don Quixote, fabricating evidence and trying to pin the deed on me - dragging the good name of my ship through the mud in the proces - ass well as for various, badly executed insults directed at me and my crew, I promise to hunt you down and kill you.

Oh wait I can't cause you actually committed suicide during our last encounter. Which begs the question who or what you actually were? A nomad infiltrator perhaps?

The commanders of the HeavensFall , HellsReach , and ECG|Gen-Dutzy are summoned to this court.

The ECG accuses the Captains of the HeavensFall and HellsReach
of treason to the empire by acts of terrorism by attacking fellow Corsairs.

This court is already in possession of evidence supporting the accusations.
Never the less , the accused surrendered upon apprehension by the imperial fleet.
By doing so they gained the right to defend their actions to this court.

The Corsair Magistrates have come to their verdict.

The commanders of the HeavensFall , HellsReach are ordered to pay 5 million credits each in reparation to ECG commander in question for reparations to his vessel.

They may resume command of their vessels and operate within the corsair laws. Failure to pay the funds to the ECG commander with 72 hours will lead to severe punishment.
