First of all, his main argument is that he wanted to stop me because I wanted to use the Omega-52 short-cut route in order to intercept my enemy. However, as you can clearly see by the transmission log provided by myself, no such reasoning was explained to me. Had he told me that I should have taken another route, I would have done so. But this was not the case. His attempt to justify his abuse of his position is downright insulting. You can all see from the transmission logs. Never was an attempt made to talk about the Omega-52 system. He simply wanted me back to Omicron Gamma, an order I couldn't tolerate when my allies are being shot down by these Coalition rats in Omega-50.

There falls his first argument.

Secondly, he tries to support his unreasonable demands by the fact that he did not carry a Cruise Disruptor. Now I want to say that I was not trying to lie, I perceived it was the bomber that carried the Cruise Disruptor seeing as he was so keen to stop me. But even so, you commanded your Cruiser to Cruise Disrupt me. The act of hostility and aggression remains the same. The provocation, is still there. Your order made that Cruise Disruptor hit me, nothing else.

There falls his second argument.

I already explained my reasoning behind my statement in regards to "Die Corsair". Two things. Not only did he return a second time to provoke me into engagement. But I did attempt to kill that Benitez member who was also at the scene. The brief shooting of no more than three seconds was a misfire, one that I immediately apologized to him. Had I truly been a "traitor" as this dog of an Elder labels me as, I would have not hesitated to end the life of that Benitez Corsair. But did he die, Elders? Did. He. Die? No. He did not.

This "Elder" Adam is a joke. I must apologize Elders, but I do not recognize this man as an Elder of the Corsairs.

This man, who has the stomach to label ME as a traitor, lead a group of Corsairs not too many weeks ago into a battle inside Omicron Eta. His lack of leadership and failures as a commander lead to the destruction of many of our war-vessels, and the lives of many brave Corsairs. His foolishness lead to an unspeakable massacre. This horrific event can be testified by many, including the Captain of the fearful Kraken. And when this man, lead the Corsairs to an utter defeat. An embarrassing defeat, when those Outcasts decided to counter-attack.

I ask you.

WHO, rallied the men in Omicron Gamma?
WHO, managed your troops in a midst of chaos and despair?
WHO, drove those same Outcasts back to their caves against all odds?

WHO, GAVE YOU YOUR VICTORY?

I DID!

I have seen more wars than this boy can count with his fingers.
I have ensured your victory after victory.

From the raids of the Outcasts, to the attacks against the Zoners. Every single fight, that I have been in charged in, have given you a victory. Every single event can be testified by a dozens of Corsairs. Everyone knew my services, and the contributes I have given to you. The sacrifices my crew and my ship has provided your nation with. I call upon the very flagship of The Brotherhood, The Artemis to stand as witness of my actions.

I'm a man of my words. And I do not lie.

AND WHAT HAS THIS MAN GIVEN YOU?

He has spent his time flying around playing with his powers against people like me. Because he simply has the authority to do so? Is this a warrior of the Corsairs? Is this the same man who has achieved the highest social status in the Corsair community? I spit at him. And his disgrace as a commander.

Your decision, Elders. I will take whatever judgement may be cast upon me. But know that, I, Santiago Mixel of the Osiris Battleship known as the Supremo. Has always remained vigilant, has always ensured victory and has always been loyal to my nation.

You obviously need a lesson in history senor Mixel, the first time I entered the Council chamber was when I was still representing HAF. However due of some internal issues I left the force and decided to move on as an independent Commander. It is true I applied for the position of independent Elder, and since I got accepted it seems the other elders have faith in me.

As for your argument in the "fleet" I led in Omicron Eta, the mess you refer to as fleet was already out of control when the command was given to me. I made the right decision to retreat when I saw a fleet that overpowered and outnumbered us 2 to 1. What I couldn't help is that the other commanders failed to comply to my order and stayed in battle, leading to a certain destruction. To make clear, I did not ask to lead the fleet, nor did I announced myself as vanguard. that decision was made my other members of the Council.

However I can't allow you to claim that the Corsairs victory rests purely on you, the Heraklion was deployed in order to defend Crete numerous times, in which it has proven itself in battle, and it always made a safe return to port.

I will not deny that i'm still young or that I have less experience in battle then you senor, however I value every corsair warship like I do with my own. And I wish every ship and crew to return to port safely. I am a reasonable man Senor Mixel. And I realize it isn't always easy to recognize someone younger and less experienced as your superior, however that's no reason to justify your actions, there actually is nothing that can justify your actions... However I will drop all charges against you... if you give me a ferm and honest apology... and the promise to recognize me as your superior... If you do so, as I said, I will drop all charges against you... and -I- will respect you as an older, more experienced commander. That also means I don't mind discussing my decisions in battle with you. You think i'm inexperienced... then you will be the one to teach me... -that- ... will be your only punishement senor.

This is what I think about you, a spoiled little child being more worthy than me.

When a little child with too much power and time on his hands, is rewarded to be an Elder. And when a warrior of the Corsairs, who has sacrificed his life for his nation time after time is rewarded to be an Exile... Is the time when the Corsairs, have lost their honour and the values they once used to stand for.

Elders, you may save yourself time. You do not need to exile me.

Because I will leave by my own accord.

And if this was to be finalized with a simple fine. That is one fine of injustice, a lack of honour. Because I have done nothing wrong. I have been punished for serving my people, my nation.

Remember Captain Mixel.

But remember even more, the people he will bring with him.

I followed the Corsair laws, written by the Council of Elders... to the letter, as it should be. However now everyone is pointing his finger at me. I say "enough!" I am no longer going to live by the laws the other members of the Council wrote, while they don't give a dang about it themselves!

I apologize to Captain Mixel to think that our Empire actually could apply to it's own laws. Si Valentine, I don't need you to tell your opinion about me while I am the only one who tries to enforce our laws.

I hope Captain Mixel will change his mind and remain with our force, I also hope we can still fight along side eachother... for I no longer care about how our pilots act. I'm no longer going to attempt to gain control over our battleships that have gone rogue in Bretonia, it would be the Council's job... but since none of you care, why should I?

Once more, my apologies to Captain Mixel. Let's fight our enemies together... instead of fighting each other.
