So the great Council decided upon opening a secure channel across Sirius, here all agents and members of both Castes are ordered to report their activities, it is also here the Council and me will give out new orders to those of you out there.

Rogue attacking squadron detected.
Additional infromation sources garthered after they engaged the repair unit without warning in the shape of rookie-pilots.
Rookie attackers neutralized, tranquilized and stored on Freeport 4.

The units database was empty, and had zero information about NTF.
The Unit Marlboro was working on mining on the North-Eastern Iridium field.
Turned twice while the exploration last.

Conclusion:
2 planets possibly capable of colonization, no sign of any base, no sign of Neo Terran Activity.
Several signal sources detected- was not possible to track down the signal sources.
Insufficent data. More exploration suggested.

Unit HA requests permission to attempt docking or landing on planet Topeka to garther more information about the atmosphere.
Possibility of exploding in the atmosphere: 79 percent.
Unit HA requests permission to store the personnal database on special core if needed to be rebuilt.

Note: mentioned wreck is unreachable for any other unit than R cy-rep series. Unit HA was not able to garther devices- items destroyed via explosions from nearby mines. Further investigation not suggested.


Conclusion:
The system is poorly colonised. All stations and inhabitants Neutral/Friendly.
Received permission from IMS and ICMG to use IMG base for docking/refilling/storageing.
Most active forces in system: IMG tagged units ( ICMG,IMS,IMG)
Threat level of mentioned units: 0.6 percent towards teh Enclave. 83 percent towards infested/corrupted units or hostiles.
Note: the mentioned units are opposing Outcasts.
Suggestion: keep up neutrality. Support the inhabitants with materials in exchange for further negotiations.

Additional information on this fraction is important, they are, according to the little information we have, building something. Or preparing for something.

the system is controlled by GMG with the exeption of hte Junker and ALG stations.
GmG is garthering GAS from the clouds with Gas Miner special units.
Wilde activity in the system: Heavy. Suggestion: avoid Wilde patrollers with organic and half-synthetic life-forms.
Corsair activity in the system: Low. rookie distruptor groups.
Outcast activity in the system: Mediom. rookie distruptor groups
GmG activity in the system: Medium. rookie patroll groups

The whole system is under heavy radiation- Reason unknown (2 stars detected, 1Green and 1 Blue dwarf)
with significant armor and without organic crew unit HA had zero problem with the radiation level.
The whole system is cowered by gas-clouds.

The red X marks the location of the space battle with dozens of rhei fighter wrecks.
Those Mentioned wrecks can be re-salvaged. Reason: codename technology found in two of them.

Suggestion: keep a collector drone unit in the system if the mentioned devices are valuable for the enclave.*
