hi i am looking for a sig for my IMS char i would like it to have if poss a Hegemon ship on it with the Name IMS-Newcastle we mainly work in omega7 so that sort of orange on it and if poss a pic of a business man on aswell i am willing to pay up to 35mill for the right one

Short for "possibly", as in "I would like it to have, if possible, a Hegemonship..."

I might give it a shot, although i'm not sure that my crap photoshop skillz will live up to the standards of the "big boys" though!
