I do not know where you have that rule from, but definately not from this server.
You died and therefore you are out. You died even twice.

Your guns have been shot of by hostile forces during your attempt to reengage. Do not reengage! Simple as that to keep your guns.

Also the rest of your chatter was not even close to roleplay. A lot of OORP lines there. That makes 50 millions for them. Your trader is missing them already.

Consequences:

- Guns stripped
-50 million credit fine levied for the OOC
- Sanction notification in your Gunboats hold
