He scratches his head and says, "Well... I don't want to exaggerate and say that I've fallen in love, but... Well, I pretty much liked her, a real Lady! And, Well... From what I saw, she nearly felt the same about me." He pauses again and then says, "Now, I know you prefer to keep your 'Privacy' and don't like men wandering around your Stations, But I want your Permission, so I can use your bases to repair and resupply when I am around Kusari - which I believe will happen much more often from now on - And in return, I will fight by your side whenever you need my help."
