Its been a year or so since I graced your server with my delightful presence. I managed to find my account ID but discovered when reaching the server that all my characters no longer exist. I assume that they are probably deleted after a certain period but am wondering if there is any way to retrieve them as I really cant be bothered starting from scratch again.
