MAT file:

SUR file:

I used a resized Liberty Dread file, and it uses a slightly modified Liberty Dread texture which I did. The model is Xings.

Just epic ?

Very similar to dread, but I love dread look also hehe

Looks good, but that ship is completely unfair to bombers.

Seth mate, that sur file is horrible.
You add on roughly 50% extra to the ship's height with it.
Do the sur splicing tutorial that Gurjiv put up. It shouldn't take longer than an hour or two and you can have a perfect sur file for it instead of..this.

If you don't want to do that, a simple cube sur file is better than the currrent one, all it would add would be a small amount to the engines at the bottom and the gap between the hatchet at the front.

It looks fine in HardCMP... hence why I used it.

If it desperately needs a custom job I can do one...

I wouldn't call that fine:P

It actually makes no sense to have the highlighted area, ought to just have a flat bottom on the sur instead.
At least squish the highlighted area a bit plox.

Bah, okok.

I'll go make a custom one now.

Your two options:

I'm not sure if the bubble bit counts...will require ingame testing when I have the time (Now have to go revise):

1. http://www.alphaomega.x10hosting.com/files/Option1.jpg

2. http://www.alphaomega.x10hosting.com/files/Option2.jpg

Isn't there already one like this one, almost same, with two engines and no holes in hull?

Submitting new Liberty Carrier - Linkus - 05-18-2010

Option 2, the bottom fin isn't that important compared to how much space it takes up elsewhere.

Otherwise just go for a more tight fitting one with more groups.

Oh and option 2 could do with some optimisation, the engine part isn't completely covered when it would be easy to.
