He then clears his throat and takes a sip of water from the glass on the lectern
Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen of the press.
First off I welcome you to the new corporate offices on Grand Canaria
Clapping starts amongst the press
Chester gestures for silence and the applause stops
At the moment Zoner Ore Extraction Incorporated is undergoing a restructure to its corporate hierarchy and logistics
First off the Klondike will be decommissioned and disassembled. Any or all parts will be turned over to the Zoner Alliance to fortify their defenses considering the recent events with Gallia. We will be moving all our main offices here to Gran Canaria in order to cut administration costs. The Klondike at this time is not required considering its maintenance needs. A stationary office on Gran Canaria is sufficient.
The Beaconsfield will become our main ship of operations as well as our primary field office. To that effect it will also serve as a forward outpost of high density mining operations. For low density mining operations small office outposts will be present. These outposts will consist of Zoner exploration cruisers otherwise known as Corvos.
Chester takes a deep breath and sips from the glass. He looks out at the press and prepares himself for what he is about to say.
I am also requesting all ZoE members return to work as soon as time permits due to the crisis that has come to us from Gallia. All Zoners need our help.
To the next order of business regarding the hierarchy of ZoE
Ladies and Gentlemen it is with great sorrow that I announce the disappearance of two of the co-owners of the Zoner Ore Extraction Company. Mr Claroke Goldenton and Eric Goldsteen are at this moment missing and theyre whereabouts is unknown. Our head of security Thomas Mellows is investigating the matter as this announcement is taking place. Pause The information I am willing to share with you at this time is that Mr Goldenton and Mr Goldsteen were on a business trip, trying to secure mining rights in Omicron Delta and Gallia.
At this time I will not disclose the specifics on their last known location until I have further information.
All the reporters start to ask questions and a general mayhem breaks out. Chester waits and gestures for silence again. Chester starts to speak again.
Ladies and gentlemen,
Please understand that until the safe return of Mr Goldenton and Mr Goldsteen, this restructuring is necessary in order to insure the smooth running of ZoE.
Once the restructuring is complete we will make the appropriate announcements. Ladies and Gentlemen of the press I thank you for your patience.

A reporter from liberty jumps up and asks
Mr Copperton, Are you saying that Gallic Royal Navy may be involved in the disappearance of Mr Goldenton and Mr Goldsteen?

No the Klondike is purely a cost cutting measure.

With that note Chester turns and leaves the podium amidst a sudden outburst for more answers

As soon as Chester exits the room full of reporters, he turns to his Aide.
Let me know as soon as Thomas gets back. Also get me the updated list of of the employees still off work and try and reach them all as quickly as you can. That was a nerve-wracking news conference.
I need the agenda for today's appointments.
Chester's aide walks off to get all the information his boss requires, meanwhile Chester enters his office and gets back to a busy schedule of the corporate world. Mainly he tries to forget for the time being of his missing friends.
