I am writing to you in relation to Dublin. I would like to Offer Venator Private Securities services to you. Our Pilots are mostly Bretionian so would like to help out in the war effort, please see second file.
Opening First File
I am proposing a standing contract service to take out pirates with in Dublin of any affiliation except Mollies due to the recent alliance between your Government with them. I believe this will allow more of your Armed service pilots to go back to the frontline. I would like to make the contracts to be looked at every week for payments based on target ID papers, ship and amount of kills we do in each week.
If you can please send a request of how many pirates you want us to get rid of whilst they are in Dublin.

I would also like to propose a second standing contract, where we are payed on giving you information taken on Kusari Naval Forces. By reporting ship class, ID, location, Comm ID via guncams. This may be able to help you gain information on current Kusari vessels and there patrol patterns. Included with this contract we may be able to take out lone Kusari Civilian vessels with in Kusari whilst keeping our intentions quiet. This would help in disrupting there ecomony to a small degree.
