hi is there any way of getting a full neutral rep with all or most factions

Zoner rep should do, it won't make you neutral with the Guard factions though. Nomad factions will obviously remain hostile and some other 'extreme' factions like the Liberty Rogues will remain hostile to you (as in the NPC's, not the player faction).

It probably took me 100 hours of work to get my fully neutral rep sheet.

My all core + guard faction reps minus unchangeable reps took around 40 hours.
It takes lots of time, patience and cash.

You should conciser mounting a Xeno ID.

its not very hard. Start normal, then kill some bret police until mollys are neutral, then kill some kusari police until gc are neutral, next to rheinland police until red hesians and unioners are neutral & last.. oh yes- liberty police or navy, to get xeno neutral. Guards will be still red altought.

Shoot Xenos and Wilde. Everyone will love you (shooting the wilde last will get your Xeno rep more neutral).
