Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Transporting Artifacts is not sanctionable if your ID does not say you can lawfully do so. It just means that there may be in-character consequences if you are not lawfully allowed.
Please take a look at the red-bolded part.
So it says we can trade. Ok, but we seem only to be allowed to escort Hogosha artifact smugglers.
The Yakuza are aiming to do weekly supply-runs for this Corsair-group:

But they require many other types of cargo other than artifacts. Am I still allowed as a Black Dragon fighter to escort Yakuza transport vessels doing said cargo-missions?

I don't think the admins will mind though, it makes perfect sense in RP for you to be escorting transport vessels doing said cargo-missions.
