According to a newly adopted doctrine of greater combined arms tactics a number of changes was introduced to the ranking structure. All Red Hessian Army pilots are encouraged to read the attached document and review their current stats, as they may be eligible for promotion. Pilots are also encouraged to contact the RHA Oberkommando for retrieval of codes to a number of shared vessels that have now become available to lower ranks.

Good evening Kameraden!
I am proud to report zhe first results of my first training wizh zhe great RHA! First of all, me and zhe ozher new Kamerad Erich Markgraf had zhe pleasure to fight your veteran Hans Gukel. He was aboard zhe training ship Nummer Drei, i guess and he displayed zhe target of a Militär Wraith.
In zhis fight, i learnt how to use a mine dropper very efficient, Herr Gukel told me it was really good. But he also told me to use zhe zivilian Debilitator guns...are zhese better? Do i really have to use zhem? Because i like zhe Screamer mines much better!
But i will guess time will tell, is'nt it like zhat, Kameraden?
I am looking foward to go on my first patrol wizh yo, Kameraden!
