Zoner Mercs. We try our best to stay Neutral to all. Please read our engagement rules and let us know if these are satisfactory for the rest of the Zoner Council.
1. Primary motivation (Money).
2. We open fire if attacked.
3. If we take a bounty on some one, it is only and only for that person, his helpers are only fired upon if they open fire on us. (See Rule #2)
4. If we are asked to join a war, we will only fight till our employer group is alive. (i.e. we protect our employer by attacking any one who fires upon them). After they are dead, we will disperse and not ask for money from employer. Employer may give us money if they are okay with what we did. If the Winning party opens fire after winning the war Rule #2 applies.
5. Escort means...transport survives to arrive at the destination. We engage pirates only till we are sure that our employer got away. We are not there to kill the pirate, but if it happens....we apologize and advise that he can hire us too. he opens fire, Rule #2 applies. If he dies, we might take his cargo pod to a base friendly to him.
6. Helping in Piracy....*** WE DO NOT PIRATE !!!!***We will just protect the "pirate" who hired us for his protection and will stop attack if the pirate group is dead (like Rule 4). We will not open fire on the pirated until they open fire on the pirate or us (RULE #2).

We have ourselves a problem. Your man has fraked up. I paid Dulapatcus 35 million for what I thought was the destruction of a Mandalorian cruiser. Though he hit the intended man he only managed to take out a fighter. In all but rare exceptions do I pay more then 15 million for killing a fighter.
Regardless of your mistake the desired effect was accomplished. I do not want any more actions taken against the Mandalorians but you do owe us. I don't want my money back, just consider yourselfs on call for a job until further notice.

Yes, the contract was NOT for my Fighter, but rather my Destroyer. Therefore, I suggest that the contract should have been Nulled and Voided.
But on a lighter note, Rest easy, JG, We wont declare war, or play the politic game.
But know this; For every one Mandalorian dead, One of the killer's brethren die. As you may have found, a Mandal byt the name of John Cabot avenged the Mandalorian name. And won honor.

As zoner Mercs, we do not descriminate based on the association and affiliations of our employers or our targets. Remember, we are available for hire to any one, even you. The bounty for this kill was posted in the BH office and was going to be collected regardless(either JG or some other Merc). JG merely was the first one that got to your guy.
Jupiter Guild has no intention to start a war with any faction and it is merely performing its duty for another entity who wants you dead. Once a job is done, we move on. We will not show hostility towards either your group or any one else unless you or another employer give us a reason to. Maybe your concern and anger is directed incorrectly, please re-evaluate your situation and may be consider hiring us as body guards for extra firepower for your pilots. Next time, before you avenge the death of your commarade, please consider if there is a legitimate reason for you to kill a middleman rather than your true target. As for =Nexus=, please advise what would be a fair price for this kill, we want your business in the future and will rectify the displeasure you felt due to a miscommunication on our part. To reply to this; The Mandalorians can support a war, carry one out, and may be victoriuous (I wont B***s*** anyone in thinking we are the best.), but War is a nasty thing and should be declared fro a very good reason.
A single offense is not sufficient.
This serves as a warning to all who may oppose us. We understand that business is business, but the temr that the one who takes the contract, loses a affiliated member. Again, Nothing personal, but Vengeance must be fulfilled to keep honor in our name. Especially if a Luftwaffe pilot dies.
I dont do diplomatics as well, that is John's job. so dont worry, I dont declare war without runnin it by him and getting his consultation first.
As to the regard saying you were the first to reach, I shall say this; The bounty was several days old, and I was active enough to have bounty hunters hunt me. I even had a Bounty Hunter in my group. Nobody took the bounty, and I dunno why. Perhaps I have that much respect, or perhaps it was because I am the Mandalore. Or perhaps 35 mil isnt enough to kill a Destroyer. JG just took any job they could. No offense, but the Mandalorians are out of work as well, so if you had a bounty on you, we'd probably take it too.
I will say that it was low to have the guy pop up next to me and fire novas before I could even re-act. no fight took place, just a cowardly fire nova and run. My guard at the time (He functioned as one, but is now training for other things.) voulenteerly chased him down, and even when ordered to stop, he continued to pursue. That, my friends, is the ever glowing might of the Mandalorians. You think Rheinlanders are all into the whole Protect the Kanzler thing, or For Rheinland, that sort of thing? Imagine that, but on steroids. Thats the Mandalorians.
We wish for you to understand that we have no ill feelings towards JG, and that the life of one JG has been claimed for he lost Luftwaffe pilot. Balance is upheld, and all is well once more. (That, and if I start anything else, John'll have my arse...)
Auf weidersehn, JG, and remember, if you take a contract on us, expect the consequence of losing a pilot for every Mandal's death.

Your acknowledgement is appreciated that we are not taking any sides here. We unlike you really can't sit there and say we are the best, as our purse doesn't get bigger by any claims we make. Firing novas on a player that has a bounty on them ? please understand, we are mercs and we do try to find the shortest path to our destination (i.e collecting the bounty). If you expect us to sit there and duel, we were not getting paid to do that.
When I refer to JG being the first one, as long as the bounty is open, JG might as well collect, cause if not us, some one else will. Try using us as support fighters in the future. You will like our loyalty if we get your business.

...interesting, while flying in the inner systems, my long range scanner detected a massive fleet in Omicron theta. Advised AW on the radar who were not in theta and they all congregated to theta. Approached theta to find one AW battleship literally surrounded by Corsair ships. I believe it was more like 8 to 1. The AW ship had cruise on and was trying to evade fire from Gunships and fighteos. I was asked to engage them by AW, but I declined. Reason ? ...I asked TBH if they were here to attack Zoners or AW. and they replied AW. Till the council says a Yay or nay, JG will try to avoid conflict the best they can. Anyhow, I requesteted to the TBH leadership to take it outside of theta and strangely they complied. I also asked the AW battleship to give them some breathing room to leave. A couple of people (not AW) engaged and got dispatched by TBH by the Gamma JH.
I hope the Zoners help JG in trying to maintain peace here.
