Who are you?
We are the aberrant and vile. Our morality is questionable and our greed is unfathomable. It takes a special kind of person for this organization. There are no heros here, just criminals. Dont let our name fool you. Smuggling, theft, kidnapping, extortion and of course slavery is our business. If we want your gold, we will take it. Make no assumptions.
How can you justify your actions?
Now I ask you all a simple question. If there is no such thing as a rainy day, then what is a sunny day? The fact is folks, is that laws are written to be broken. There is not one in history that hasnt. Even those set down by gods. We are simply the natural order. The houses are the yin and we are the yang.
Alright so I am interested..
What I am setting before you is a dotted line. A contract if you will. If you shake my hand, there is no turning back. Dont mistake my earlier words. We have rules too. Some of them we have written down, other are unspoken. Perhaps you would like to hear them before shaking my hand?
Faction Rules
I wish to prevent some confusion so I am going to lay everything out. The number one thing I want you to keep in mind is that we have no legal system. You are guilty when I say you are guilty. You have no right to a defense and no appeal. Not that I or my lieutenants are unfair, we just dont have the time to frak around for a proper solution. So read up. It will keep your nose clean.

● Shooting at any pirate players is forbidden unless in acts of self defense.
● Absolutely no OCC chat in system. Even try to avoid it in New York.
● You must be willing to contribute with RP posts on the forums.

Tag & ID:
We are a small 'Union' within the greater collective of the Junker society. We are not the scrap pickers. We have the market cornered in the trafficking of humans. We trade slaves in order to resupply our illicit goods on Junker trading outposts.
Positions Within the Union
MULES
The Mules are our latest members. They are given a freighter and let loose on Sirius. A Mule cannot progress in rank until he has convinced the Bosses that he has learned enough of where our product is demanded and that he knows the best routes to avoid or get into trouble. From this rank a Mule can progress into becoming a Herder or a Bully.
CAPTAIN
This is not a rank as much as it is a Status title. Captains are members of the union who managed to acquire the pride of the fleet as their personal ship, The Prison Liner. A captain now has access to a ship that can be used to preform both the tasks of the Bullies and the Herder. Only a captain can be considered for the rank of Under-Boss.
UNDER-BOSS
These 'gentlemen' are the second in command of the Union. Any union member may request someone to be placed on the black list and hunted, but it only an Under-Boss can make the post and set the value of the bounty. In addition an Under-Boss is given the ability to command our defense cruiser the Vulgar Nun.

A Camara class freighter and a DSE Prison Liner are encouraged as our primary vessels of choice. Junker and the Z-XXXX series of pirate ships are also considered acceptable craft as is a transport that is capable of maintaining life support in its cargo section.
