Greetings,
This is Richard Lampkin, the representing voice of the Colonial Freedom Front.
To get right to the point, the rumors you have probably heard of us are mostly untrue and are fabrications put into circulation by the militaristic regime leaders who currently have a hold of the Colonial Republic.
We are not terrorists.
The Front's only goal is the liberation of the Colonial people, institution of a full democracy and the return of freedom into our lands. While we have no choice but to achieve this goal by forcibly removing the regime which has rooted itself in, we are doing our utmost to minimize or remove any unnecessary casualties.
We desire no innocent blood, and by that logic, we desire no IMG members' deaths.
However, while we are adamant in fighting exclusively the traitors of our nation, we cannot let anything stop us from freeing our people. We have held out hoping that the IMG would see reason and not involve themselves in an internal Colonial matter, one which is essentially a civil war of sorts.
We do not demand your aid, for we are aware of the Guild's historically sensitive diplomatic situation. Our interests do not lie in weakening either the Republic or the IMG, therefore allowing the Outcasts to prevail. We have not forgotten who our external enemies are.
We merely ask that your forces do not involve in any hostile acts against the Colonial Freedom Front.
While we have expressed our utmost hope in avoiding shedding blood which need not be shed, if we are threatened and your forces engage in hostile acts, we shall have to, while taking absolutely no pleasure in it, retaliate.
We have b[size=small]een meaning to make this communique for some time, and due to a rather awkward incident earlier this day, we are forced to make it ahead of schedule.
In an action by our pilots earlier this day, Colonel Skalski, one of the key figures of the dictator regime, was intended to be apprehended and brought to trial, but after resistance, our pilots were forced to open fire.
Sadly, one of your members, identified by transponder as IMG|Kraken[D], has threatened to open fire if the Colonel's well being was jeopardized out of personal reasons.
We sincerely hope this was an isolated act and that you shall issue an order for all IMG forces not to involve themselves in this conflict.

The guild wishes to remain un-involved in unneeded conflict.
On a more political note, just exactly how do you think threatening the IMG will get you what you want? We're a large group, and you may find sympathy among individual members, provided you dont paint yourself as hostile, doing so would be an exceptionally large mistake. Propaganda will not save you if you ever fire on an IMG ship. word will get out fast, and heads, probably yours, will end up rolling. You'll need to prove that you're, as you claim, not terrorists, which at this point seems unlikely.

Mr. Masterson,
As we have tried to point out earlier, we have no interest in unnecessary conflict and find no use in threats or demonstrations of power for the sake of pride and such abstracts.
Furthermore, we repeat that we do not intend to initiate any hostile acts towards the IMG if the IMG does not initiate them first by firing on any of our vessels.
We didn't even believe the IMG would engage in violent and unprovoked acts against us, but then the aforementioned incident with the captain of the IMG|Kraken of your defense division happened.
We shall repeat that we were nowhere near Java station during the attempted apprehension of Colonel Skalski, nor did we fire on any IMG vessel. Yet, the captain of your vessel explicitly said that he'd attack us if Colonel Skalski lost the conflict, thus making us feel somewhat uneasy and threatened. I am sure you can relate.
We merely ask that you subdue your forces and keep your officers from attacking us so that the current situation may be resolved without any innocent civilian (among others, meaning also IMG) casualties.
We shall of course keep monitoring the situation and you can expect us to steer clear of hostilities towards you, and we hope that the situation will remain that way. If not, we shall do what we must. This is not a threat, it is merely a friendly warning.
