This is Captain Kei Nagase, LSF. I know a bit more than what the =LSF= have said, and actually its true. Considering I had met the perpetrator months before, before he was Order, and I knew him well.
The perpetrator's mind was shattered by a nomad-brainwashed human on Manhattan. The perpetraotr was essentially killed by this man, right outside my apartment complex.
King, this person who was going to do this would NEVER do this in his right mind. His mind was shattred again, and I dont know how.
