So i checked sanction forum. Nothing.
I was just checking my chars, and ~100 million Credits are gone.
I only have 1 FL Account ID with the following Chars:
[Omicron]Shipping1
IMG|Jerald.Shepard[M]
OCV-incorruptible
The.Essex
The.Spirit.Of.Doom
The Reason i know something is up is that I Had gotten Sanctioned, but it was reversed and the 100m Refunded to my IMG|Jerald.Shepard[M] account. I only have ~13M now.
Can a Admin PM me a list of all recent monetary transactions from my char?

No. I dont give my Account IDs to ANYONE. Nobody else but me has access to this account. I have the Account ID set up to play on my laptop, but i dont let anyone use my laptop or desktop. both are passworded.
