Myner / [TDF]Alpha_1 has been sanctioned for:

Consequences: Well, first off, let's look at the rules. You may be under level 29, but you have an ID, so you're fair game. Since your ship loadout was very OOC, you're in Bastille until you post here. (IMG miner with Outcast guns...) Secondly, you really don't extort money from people by threatening them with sanctions. Third, you don't move that money off that ship to a bank, thinking we won't find it. Fourth, when you use a ship as a bank, make sure it's one where the ID fits the ship. (Kishiro, with a Rhienland Train?). Fifth, post here, not only is your bank in Bastille, but I've temporarily banned your account until you prove to us that you're NOT the person who was banned last year for cheating and modding... (Easier than jailing all of your ships, which was my other choice.)
Oh, and I gave the money back to the guy you extorted it from, and pulled another 100 million from your bank just for the fine.
If you get the hint that we're not happy in the least with this behavior, you're probably getting really close...

First of all, i not demand money from that guy. He said he was going to give it and he said "How much u want?" and then "i can only give 8 mill, not 11, or i will report you" oh... Isn't that he's acting like admin?, maybe i did things wrong. About the Rheinland Train, i saw it's "White" in Tech Chart, so i was using it. About the "cheating and modding" i dont know how can i prove, and i dont know what matters, it must be ban of the "now" not "before" because i have not cheated and worked too many for that money, i really dont want to lose it. I now understanded i did bad things. Just hoping i not banned permamently.

Quick rebuttal - we have the screenshots. You threatened to report him to the admins, and then told him he'd lose all his things for 1000 ore. That means TDF violated 3.4.
Then when I see Myner say, "No, 11 millions or I will report you" ...
By the way, your IP and name match someone that was banned last September.

There are lots of other servers out there. I suggest you go find one. You were banned here, and only because we had some attacks, you were able to slip back in. You have been permanently banned and barred from this server.
