if the devs would be so kind to look at this.

This mod is due out soon. as far as i know the evolutions mods did this too and it worked. I never understood why discovery never had it.

I dont know if its been discussed or debated But i think this will knock a lot of abuse issues out of this mod if implemented.

This would be a very welcome addition.
But you realise FW:ToW has practically made a new game out of their mod?
The amount of work put into it is tremendous.

Can someone tell me why dont NPC BS flip when rammed?

Ramming and collisons. - bobby - 06-17-2010

NPCs are superior.
And stuck on tracks, AFAIK.

Ramming and collisons. - jxie93 - 06-17-2010

NPC capital ships have predetermined routes which they follow.

This feature would be very nice on player ships.

As far as i can tell they havent done anything the disco mod couldent .. it uses hook scripts and flags on the models to do it.

im sure if the devs wanted they could get it from either the FW team or the guys at evolution nomads revenge they both did it with two different methods.

Yes! Please!

Then NPCs will finally stop pushing my BS in every direction...

Ramming and collisons. - Prysin - 06-20-2010

we COULD do it, but if someone with a cap uses autopilots and cruises, he will notice that his ship shake alot

i bet, autopilot for those fellas in freeworld are like a damn milkshake machine or something...

Too steady ship makes it do a billion corrections in autopilot, thus shaking ALOT

Ramming and collisons. - MB52 - 06-21-2010

I think it would be sweet if a proper collision did damage to both ships (could make a viable strategy!)

From an outsider perspective which is better?

Flipping ships or ships that clip into eachother?

I think first that issue should be fixed and the one mentioned above, then it could be implemented on disco too.

Can someone who tested this mod tell me if that clipping also mean that a fighter or other small craft can "hide" in a stationary capship?
