I was thinking and thinking...

I sat down in the Ferry that brings me to school every day...

Then it came up to me.
What if I set up a Public service in FL?
What if... and how?

It would be for short trips for example like,
Manhattan > Pittsburgh,
Los Angeles > Minor.

Followings things it would need:
> It would need a commuter commodity:

- Places where they need workers/businessman would 'buy' them for around < 600.
- Places that have a lot of population would 'sell' for around < 200.
- Maybe make 2 commuter commodities. For the work shifts.

> It would need a Public transportation ID of some sort:
- Can only fly specific ships that are already in game for the job.
- They are the only ones who can transport commuters around.
- Can't do much else. They rely on the Police or Escorts to keep the lanes safe.

> It would 'maybe' need a bigger shuttle:
- For now I though about this
- Maybe some more ships like the Grizzly for every house.
- Or a totally new designs based on the inland ferries on Earth?

Maybe if someone wants to design a ship for 'Commuter' transportation use?
You could use the above picture as example to base a design on.
A better overview of it from the rear side

So what are your thoughts about this idea people?

That is good idea, interesting and funny. :)

I was having few ideas by myself, all new and much RP from that.
Main problem is that this game is simple, created for just simple trading, traveling around and... PEW-PEW.

There is so much great ideas but as I sad, game is main problem.

Example: It would be nice if we could have our little stash on some base (like Freeport) where we could
put our... something

A good low-cost business.
But the space-ferry would need to be in the cargo range of 4000-5000, since people usually take up 2-5 cargo space.

As you know Spa and Cruise if for Cruise lines to beautiful parts of space and resorts.

This is more like a 1000 people ship fly 24/7 with business people to earn money at their work.
Which they later can spend on a cruise in the holiday.

And the ferry in the above picture only holds 180 people at the max.

I think such transports could be goverment issued. <.<

Public transport on Earth is ran by separate companies and sometimes funded by the government to keep it existing
